I'd I can't seem to find any kill counts on PSUPedia.

You can find about your kill counts in a room that is similar to AMP exchange.
You can also exchange the item you want using your kill counts in that room.
You can get into the room by selecting the second one when you run the event mission or it;s just below the event mission.
The third one is a stanby room,you can open up a room and recruit your teammates.

you get 135 kills if you get mother brain and kill those bugs

hm...interesting....so there's 24 bugs at Motherbrain?

It's probably easier to just run it as fast as possible instead of waiting for bugs to respawn. Besides, there are 2 unused doors, they might add more in the future.

Well I got bored and counted each of the mobs in each of the areas as I killed them.

Apparently the Bosses themselves don't count as a kill but the Bees in MB do and there
are 24 Bees in MB. So any path other than CoM last block + MB w/ Bees for the most kills.
