Hey did Sega ever do anything with the cards that came packed in the JP release of PSO episode III or were they more just for art?

    That would be awesome!!

All this talk about "mag pets", it'd be really neat if MAGs functioned like they did in PSO, but their appearance was able to be altered by a system similar to Chao in Sonic Adventure 2. You know, STR/MST/DEF/ATA all morphing their bodies towards different points. Perhaps Mag Cells could instead incite a specific mutation of a body part, or perhaps add a body part. that'd be so fucking cool to be able to have another system like Chao. I'd hunt items to feed them just because.

But these guys would have to program it as well as the Chao System from SA2, which involved the original GOOD Sonic Team members behind PSO and whatnot. Which means it'd probably suck, or not be nearly as intricate or well programmed.

And the EpIII battle system was way too intricate for a "minigame". I'd probably put hours upon hours into it if they did though, because that game was fun as shit. I loved the strategic feel of that game.

I always thought they whined about the same stuff we did, minus things related to Japanese stereotypes.
