Oh yes how could I forget the GE Patch...
    Knew I forgot something...

And yes, the text will be freely editable.

I still need to think of a better buffering system for the patch code... right now it's just a testmodule that embeds the text into the module itself...

However we only have about 300KB memory to work with... means I gotta think of a good IO buffering method.

Its late though, I will think about this some more in the coming days.

How about using Translation Patch, not a Plugin (I mean directly replace text inside the iso)? Will it solve this problem?

Directly translating the text in the ISO won't do us UMD users any good.

No idea how. If it involves opening the casing and ruining the game I'm out.

You CAN make ISO form your UMD, but if you don't know how, you can just download one from the Internet, and use it. Right?

All you are require to have for getting your game's ISO is to have CFW, a USB, and your UMD. You change a certain function for your USB with the CFW, and voila, you can explore your UMD instead of your memory stick. Inside will be your game's ISO file, just copy it and put it somewhere on your drive and you got yourself a fresh ISO game file. I did that for my copy of PSP2 since the UMD loading was aggravating me.

Lol you don't want to see the loading times on my Infinity upon start up. It literally takes about 30 seconds to load up my characters and it takes about a minute to load up the game. XD Thankfully after that the loading times are servery reduced and fine before and after missions. And I have PSN Version at that too.
    Just another same old day.

Dont worry guys the patch will be a memory patch, but still I tell you...
If possible make a ISO, it's so much faster in loading than UMD.

ISOs surpass UMD by a lot

(one of the reasons why SONY sells digital versions of existing UMD's as well...
deep down they knew the UMD format failed... and also works to get them extra $$$
    but that's for another time...)
