Kouga or Fuma Shuriken with Bright Sign (Lv3 and up)

I'd like to point out that Kouga and Fuuma Shuriken always have Bright Sign PA. They also have a set element. Dark-3 and Heaven-2. At least thats what PSO-World says.

@Norco: Sometimes, weapons that can only have one PA might have no PA if you're unlucky. He doesn't want a Kouga or Fuuma with no PA :P

Not sure what he means about the elements though as they cannot be changed on 10-meseta rares, and Fuuma gets Heaven Lv2.
