Last tech I managed to get to 41 before the global boost ended. So pretty. Got all the Grants based techs to 41 doing that as well.

Tried a quick damage test, and a 50% +10 Diad still beats Punishment by a very little difference. Perhaps a 43% Punishment might match Diad...but that's just a vague hypothesis.
