There have been some people (including myself) who have had there Xbox live accounts recovered, items removed, and characters deleted. It really sucks.

How do they do that? I had my account since 07' and I and also many of my friends never got their accounts recovered. But I heard it was happening a lot more now however. I wish the XBL team would do something about this. You put a lot of work into your char too...
