Where do i lvl them? they seem to take foreveerrrrrr :/

Anywhere. Just make sure you shoot mobs at point blank range. It won't help with speed if only 1 or 2 shots hit anything at level 31+ or whatever. They're not like shotguns where 1 shot can hit 2 mobs randomly.
