Having never heard of a Phantasy Star game until only a few years ago, PSU was my first step into the series.
I discovered it whilst browsing the xbox live marketplace, saw a beta test for it and was one of the few people who were able to test it before it was brought down due to overflow.
I've been hooked ever since
I got into the online portion of the series around the time of BB when that was still up, it was a fun time and brought me a bigger love for Mags. Phantasy Star in general? Got into it when I played PS IV: End of the Millennium (Yea, I played out of order but I wasn't even BORN when the previous ones were out.)
