I heard that the level cap is 200 and 130, I would like to know what the actually cap is for AOTI offline. (I'm playing on PC if that makes any difference)
AOTI has no effect to the game's system itself offline. Regardless, I'm pretty sure the level cap is 200 like the other games. It is possible that it may only apply to the "New Game +" mode where you can create you own character after beating the game.
