Does this include non Japanese residents that played in A1/A2, or the people who posted videos/pics without tags/ect.

I've gotten through it at least 20 times now... Each of them in less than a minute. :l

Like kyuuketsuki said, you just gotta copy/paste the characters into the captcha... Even a monkey could literally do it.

I kept getting the network congestion error when trying to sign up last night, and now I'm getting something different... dunno if I'm entering the captcha wrong or not, some of the characters look so damn similar... ><
