Help with some Rare Weapons

Hi, I am trying to find ANY of the rare rifles out there. Does anyone know where I can get some for my Whitill Section ID?

Whitill only finds one rifle that I know of. The good news is that it's arguably the best rifle in the game in terms of usefulness. You can get a Frozen Shooter off an Ultimate Forest Hildetorr. If you want serious rifles you'll need to make another character (or play with other people that have characters) with either Greennill (finds almost all rifles) or Skyly (finds some rifles).
