It's something that didn't exist (was dummied) when the Translation was created, better solution is to ask someone for help with the JP name.

Though in your case I know that magsta_04 does Shifta/Deband. (I don't know the trigger.)

ive just seen it, my mag now shoots fireballs at enemy's which is awesome! it also drains his energy by a few %s so i can feed it faster now :P

That is your mag's default attack action. It has nothing to do with that other abilitiy.

In regards to the "Ability" stat, is there any proof it doesn't affect Techniques?
