SEGA want people to stress test the server after it come back up (so they can decide what to do with the beta afterward). If you're awake an hour or two after server's up, please get on the game and play for a while!
Not only is it longer, it's earlier too. But I ain't gonna be awake at 5 AM local, so yeah.
For those wondering, 7 PM Japan time is 6 AM EST.
