My friend is stuck at the beta registration

Sorry really bad cellphone pic. I don't think he knows how to printscreen lol.

He gave up and went to bed but I sent him a beta code link invite thingy and he got up to this page and there is nothing for him to click to complete the registration and I was wondering if anyone could help us out.

that looks to be the page u get after u make you SEGA ID, the beta code site for PSO2 beta is in a diff place.

I don't fully understand the context of that page, but it says registration is complete, hence the inability to click on a button.

They should be getting an email confirmation. Tell them to check their spam inbox, mine went there.
