I too read thread. I laughed much. IS FUNNY TO ME. HO HO HO!
...but, verily, an informational requisition of thine proposition upon thy minds: from all aspects provided into the hypothesis of the experiments that will certainly follow upon my asking of this, what weapon type is the most EFFECTIVE for the ultimate utilization of the Heaven Element that the game provides you with upon completion of your achievement log?
In this testing process, please do not forget to take into consideration the weapon's:
---attack AoE, hitrate, range, speed, combo speed (not applicable to Lasers and Bazookas), and ATA (ATP/MST not important)
---PA AoE, hitrate, range, speed, ATA modifier, and charging speed (PP usage not important)
---element procrate and max element level (assuming the higher level of Heaven equates to a higher procrate for instant death)
Let us return the topic to its originally intended state. :P
(Intelligently appointed 3000th post for the win. )
I'd probably have to say Bull Smash.
Pros:
-Highest Proc Rate of 25%
-Super Wide Range.
-Bull Smash is easily spammable with the Compress PA.
-Shields have the Ability to blocks assaults from the large hostiles while your friends take care of them.
-Shields can achieve an element level of 5.
-ATA Modifier ensures you hardly ever miss if not at all.
-2 hits with 25% chance of death each
Cons:
-Regular attack is relatively useless.
-Requires a close range in front of your enemies. Thankfully most small hostiles are harmless.
-Will require planning ahead of time with your friends. It will be your job to take care of the small guys, and your friends take on the medium to large.
-May require that you keep a smaller inventory. My reasoning for this is if that no Small hostiles spawn, then the Heaven element becomes immediately useless, and you shouldn't have to bother with searching through all the useless items you picked up during the run to find the weapon that's going to get the job done.
--What this means is, if you're going to use a gimmicky weapon at all (doesn't only apply to this strategy), then only bring the weapons that you're going to use so you can switch between weapons in less than 2 seconds in the heat of battle (R+Start). And if you do pick up a weapon, check its stats, and if the stats suck, just drop it.
I could see Heaven being useful somewhere like the Arca Plant. Now for a question of my own: does the Heaven Element have any effect on the Akorse?

Yes, it does work on Akorse. It also works on Booma Origins and Gigobooma Origins. :>
EDIT: Apparently, it also works on BOOSTED Akorse, haha... ;P
Also, another legitimate question that maybe I noticed a while ago but never thought to ask if I was the only one to notice, but: similarly to the Heaven Element, is the only way to get a Chaos Element from titles? I've never seen them on dropped weapons (that I can recall picking up), and I don't think I've ever seen them sold in the Photon Shop... does that mean they're also exclusive rare items that nobody thought about? :/
HEHEHE
My simple question:

The best way for me to answer your question Chaos: I have in fact seen someone use a Milias Breaker on Free Play that undoubtedly had the Chaos Element in use. As for the element itself, I believe it's Titles only.
Arkharz's description says, "A Mag that is said to have been the favorite of a great hunter from an ancient war." Is this an allusion to a particular PS/PSO/PSU character or just a random bit of flavor text? I haven't actually played any other PS/PSO/PSU games aside from PSZ, so I wouldn't know.
Some dreams come true
While others are cast side
I haven't seen such a Mag in PSO, it couldn't possibly have been in PSU (all of the "Mags" there are pedolicious) and there were no Mags in PS games. So, I think it's just a random text, and not a reference to anything.
Do you happen to know what level ofChaos it might have been, Shanks? Because I've once or twice browsed the pages of a certain cheats database and seen a code specifically tailored for a Chaos Milias Breaker, however it was for a level 7 Chaos, with no percents I believe... I'm not saying I don't believe it might be legitimate, but the code was out there, so it could be feasible in my eye, but hey, what do I honestly know about it all, right? :P
As for the Arkharz mag, it might not just be a reference to Phantasy Star that the mags came from; they could be in reference to either some other Sega games or even just other Nintendo games in general that Sega might have had a small influence on. Could be possible, but otherwise, I've got nothing to run on myself with those things... :/
