I do recall seeing awhile back they did mentioned they'd give info on what they'll "might" do by the end of the month.

Considering the source, I find it pretty laughable that this would be taken seriously at all. If you look at some of the information given, it's old (and confirmed) news mixed in with burning questions that everyone has in some attempt to spread a rumor and make it seem legit.
