It's exactly as it says, you need to register the account for use with PSO2. It's not like other games where you create an account and jump in.

Now stop spamming up the board.

Yeah got the code, now i just gotta do something to fix this error

The instruction at 0x00ed52c0 referenced memory at 0x00000078. The memory could not be read.

which i get upon character selection/creation

All i did was adjust my graphics to lower end, and change my resolution and BAM im on... Except i have no audio >.> all sounds are on... Directx re-install fixed it

In the launcher, click the second button (Options), and drag the first slider all the way to one. Save with the bottom-left-most button and exit with the bottom-right-most button.

Then start the game again and see if that fixes it. If it does, your graphics card can't handle the complex shaders. You'll need to use the simple shader option (fourth tab (aka third from the right on the top row)) if you want to have some semblance of graphics quality while being able to play.
