Well all I'm seeing is a downloader for the full installation.

Go to the folder PSO2 is in and try reverting to the .bak files. I had a similar issue with my client at the start of the POBT, and reverted the three exe files. It fixed the problem just fine.

Thats why i never run mine on battery unless there is no AC power around, don't want mine turning off on me or going into hibernate mode

uninstall and launch the setup again, and then patch it
