Can anyone kindly tell me if its still possible to sign up an account to play pso2 atm? & if so Can you send me a link, i kept recieving errors when trying to log in, maybe i never had an id that i thought i did to begin with D:Please help me

So once i have registered ,can i automatically just sign in to play on the exe. ? or wait , cause i got an email after i was done registerating my account.
