There should be little rooms in the lobby with green banners above them. Those are used to change blocks.

Don't know. I only played on ship 10, and the english players were scattered.

This. It's a bit chaotic at the moment with Ship 2 being locked. But Ship 10 seems to be the place. Just look at the bars in the block list for the popularity.

That's what I did. Blocks 20 and 40 seem to be the most populated by English players. At least they were three hours ago.
