Retrieving Your Closed/Pre Open Beta Rewards

So a lot of people have been wondering where to find your reward items after you input the code so I figured I'd make a mini guide of sorts, first you have to go up to the terminal that lets you access your storage after that use these pictures as a guide:

Did you participate in the CBT or Pre Open? The requirements and rewards for those are as follows:

Closed Beta
Level 10 on any ship: Weapon Display Room Decoration
Level 20 on any ship: 500 FUN
Level 10 on ship 6: 500 FUN

Pre Open Beta
Complete Desert Mission: Bouquet Rifle

Other
Register for Open Beta before 6/20: Rappy Doll


If you did any of these things you should gotten a code in the email that you can enter at the visiphone in the lobby

Where is the 500 FUN found? I redeemed my code but it wasn't auto-added to my total nor do I see anything in any inventory or bank about it.
