Sorry if this was answered somewhere else, but I couldn't find it. Anywho, I was wondering how we add NPCs to our party (specifically リサ, since Kana Hanazawa is my favorite voice actress!).
PSP2: Vyser (CAST Ranger), Captain Flavor (Beast Hunter), Amu (Force Newman)
PSU PC: Vyser (CAST AF/GM), Captain Flavor (Beast FF), Konata (Newman MF), Sportacus (Human AT)
PSŲ JP: あかヴァイザ (HUcast), フレヴァさま (FOnewm), ラムレーズ (HUnewm)
basically, you have to befriend them by doing some mission for them. After some time they'll give you their partner card. Once you have this, while on the dropship, you can summon them from the terminal with [!] above it on the left of where you spawn inside.

You can also summon your friends as NPCs with that terminal if they registered for it.
