What does this error message say? (please help!)

My friend keeps getting this error message when he tries to launch PSO2:



He thinks it has to do with his system being old and possibly unable to run it.

I don't know what the error says. But, if the shader mode is set to basic, then there should be nothing inhibitting the game from playing. It no longer uses vertex buffers in that mode, so even integrated graphics cards and graphics cards going back 10 years should still run it.

It may be another reason preventing it from playing if this does not solve the issue.

To change this, in the options, 4th tab, 2nd set or radio boxes need to be set to the bottom option.
