I'm pretty sure it's the lady on the left at the big blue counter you can use to class change & access talent tree.

If you pile through the options and click on everything that's not a ?, you should start picking up the stuff you got from fun scratch.

Don't forget to cycle through the drop down menus too.

That counter is for titles, not FUN scratch. Stuff from the FUN scratch end up somewhere in your inventory depending on what it is.
