Running into a crash whenever I get passed the 2nd cutscene

Hello, my first post here, but anyway I've been trying to get this game running since late last night let the patcher go overnight, now I've just been trying to get into the game. It took me about an hour to get passed the incorrect id error when I realized you can't put any caps when you log in. Now once I get passed the cut scene where it shows that CAST talking I get this error

Can anyone help me on this?
