First one - Needs to be Hiragana
Last Name - Name

Name - Needs to be in Katakana

Address - Needs to be an Address in Japan, this is Sega's office

I easily registered my Visa credit card with no probs. Didn't have to find a Japanese KFC or strip joint address to use. Just card info & name.
