The female clothes are 4* rarity? Lobby actions are 5* rarity? SEGA is not making things easy for me.
Good thing for the Gold Gacha...even though still a lot of items in there, too. Dang, this might be harder than I thought.

Wait, I'm pretty sure we have this backwards. The lower number of stars likely indicates a lower chance of obtaining the items.

The stars mean how difficult it is to obtain. So the lower the better...

On the flip side, casts are the only ones who can really customize the way they look with costumes. Still never going to use the AC scratch.
That's never how it works. Think about it. Are 9* items in PSO2 considered 'common'? Are 1* items 'rare'?
No. It always goes low to high in terms of 'value.'
