A bit late on the explanation, but better than nothing. The onahole mag is what you get when you go pure S stats (S-ATK and S-DEF), so it's quite popular among Hunters. It also proceeds to use its onahole arms to uppercut enemies as its Auto-Action. This is its nice Photon Blast in action:
