I wouldn't be surprised if it was American hackers that were being mischievous.
But then again, it could also be argued that it could have been the Japanese.
Seeing as how it was a grand total of 75 hackers that all attacked on the same day, leaves me to believe that it was caused by a bunch of organized intuitive Japanese Hackers that were trying to get their point across.
I could always be wrong, and as long as Sega does its job it doesn't seem like it will matter in a few days anyway.
