You can only accept up to a maximum of 20 client orders at a time. Until you clear one or cancel one, you cannot accept a new client order.

A little too small for me to read properly, but my guess is that your graphic settings are not satisfactory, please reduce to simple shader setting.

lol the first pic is you have max client orders, cancel one and you will be able to accept xeno's client order
