7/13 Official Blog: Caps, Recompensations, ToS Update, etc

The official blog was updated today with some news about recent goings-on and few other things.

First off, something that will make some people happy, character caps should coming off servers next week. This means that you'll be able to create new characters on the ship you want come next week. Transfers are still not an option though so if you already have a character somewhere and want to change ships, you'll have to delete that character.

Next, because there have been so many maintenances going on, Sega is thinking of recompensating those who have purchased 30 days or more of one of the various AC items. There's no details on it yet.

On the cheating that happened yesterday, Sakai assures us that the problems just affect NPC positions and there was no accessing of private information or server data. However, because of the mess it caused, a new term was added to the ToS stating that information relating to cheats, hacks, and other such incidents not be made public but reported to Sega through the report form.

The blog also goes in to detail on a few things we already know about. Next week's update, PSP2i soundtrack with PSO2 bonus items, and the boxed edition coming out in September.
