Hey guys, on my new computer! so exciting, huh? well, I'm about to go scan my computer for NVIDIA drivers even though I just used the disc. Just double checking.

I'm having issues with sound. Now, I'm not using speakers since this is a temporary setup. I'm using an old HDTV right now. For sound I'm using my headset. But the sound is very quiet even when I have it on as loud as I can. I'm not sure how to fix this.

I'm using Turtle Beach X11s. Any help is greatly appreciated ; ]
and dang keyboard...... my "0" button doesn't work. so now smiley face / : I have to use numpad.... oh well.

Make sure your headphones are plugged into the speaker jack and not line out.

My advice, when building a system, is to buy local. If one (or multiple) parts are DOA, it's a lot less of a hassle to make things work out. I build systems, and believe me when I say the chances of getting bad RAM or motherboard are high enough to worry about.

[EDIT] Seems I chimed in a little late. Still, the above advice stands for others in the same boat.
