The first device is something that most mags get when they evolve. It heals you when your HP gets low sometimes. The second one makes it so your mag makes mates (mono, di, tri) at certain intervals.

Woa, thanks for the info! Those two things sound actually more practical than I thought! Not to mention a bit of a meseta-saver too! (well, unless mates are dirt cheap).

Yeah, it seems they're out of scratch now. I don't know if they'll be brought back. I hope they will, having emotes as great as "draw me like one of your french girls" and drunk restricted to just an early month's scratch would be really lame.
