12* units don't always have set effects and when they do it's a +60 dex only usually by combining the unit with matching weapon, there are no weapons related to Weila so nope, no set effect. Also, there is still the leg part that'll come some months later (probably during summer events), so maybe there will be some sort of set effect with the full set but again, set effect on 12* unit isn't mandatoryOriginally Posted by NightlightPro
