First, Guld Milla was 25 Ice.

Second, Elysion was 27 Dark.

Seriously, what the hell am I going to do with a 25 ice 11* gunslash with worse base ratk than 10*s that also have the JA boost latent but is instead satk-oriented

because gunslashes are well renowned for their striking prowess

Elysion = 25 fire

I'd call that an acheivment ._.

The element type matters far far far less than the element amount.

For example
30 ice > 25 fire on things not weak to fire
30 ice = 25 fire on things weak to fire and another element
30 ice < 25 fire on tundra enemies

So yeah, the achievement these days is finding a 30+ element 11*, but based on the posts here you're literally more likely to find a duplicate 11* to be able to synth them together.

This game is silly. Throws me Griss Rifle and Optreion in just 3 days but i average maybe two 10*s a set in TD while everyone else is saying 11*s are "so common"

I did use the booster, but not every time I used it the 11* is guaranteed. For now I just try to make it even; trying to get at least 6 10* weapon for every 250% rare drop boost used, and hoping for 11* to drop occasionally

Spamming 250% and still nothing.

It also took months to get my first Elder Rod, largely outdated by then. So I'm not surprised at all.
