While I was searching for an Elder Pain Omega (which I will never get the same way I never got a single Form Scythe after 100+ Riding Quest runs) I got that thing as a consolation prize. Is it truly the best 12★ Unit as many say ?

Finally got this shit too. I took me 56 hours of farming started since 1st Ultimate Naberius campagn...

It's a bit weird to use but it's by far strongest partizan in the game.
Pot is 7% base, Weapon action regenerates your PP faster, similarly to Orbit, and doing PAs in the air don't consume gear and give you an additional 9% damage. So you'll have to choose whether to do grounded PAs for PP regen, use WA during downtime or JG opportunities for quick PP shots or do air PA and get stupidly high damage.
