Hey guys lets buff all main weapons by 10% so 13*s are more useful vs off class builds....

Then lets make a 13* bow Rangers can use.

Pretty sure it has el 60 and 11% dmg potent. Not sure if it's still good or not.

thou the grind materials are easy to get with multi char and correct food booster
its started getting hard to lv up the ring...
