I wonder if all of the unlockable latents will generally be better then the standard ones.

It would take something really insane to let a maxed 12* compete with a maxed 13* though.

Made this after ideal knuck as well as 400k CM stacked towards a talis (once I have enough grinders l0l). This thing shits on new boss in 30s with fomelgion and gimegid spam.

Lavis Blade was shown to have something like 14/16% damage boost on Brave Stance at level 1. That alone makes it sufficient to compete with 13*s, although actually being superior isn't likely.
