Its new one is 11% PP save plus 6% tech damage boost at LVL1 iirc, that seems pretty good.

Maybe he found the 6s Pwand from falz and uses Ziegs to element grind it to 50 to then sell? Cause you know, its 28 elemen and Ziegs are set to 30 element.

Pretty much this, i found one from 2-falz EQ and using it to 50 elem it but i will only sell it if the potential doesn't happen to be a real upgrade from what i already have (i would say under 8% more dmg and i sell it). Anyway, i just realized i was a few large stones away (15 from city, 7 Ruins and 6 Sanctum ) from magical peace (and it wasn't even intentional lol), so i'll probably get it too . But yeah they're tradable, i sold my Niren Orochi i got from Zieg so yeah

6% at lvl1 doesn't seem that good to me, we got some rod/talis with 12% boost at lvl1. So i'm really getting impatient to know the others levels values (yeah i don't really care that much about pp reduction being at 176 PP)
