Is it known whats the amount of PP recovered and cooldown yet? Because the 14* version doesnt seem very appealing. Hoping the cooldown is shorter too, cause even at 100% pp recovered, 2 mins cooldown makes it meh for non bursty classes s;

Some people just want their Lightstream quicker, not a big deal especialy if youre willing to throw a little money to transfer around. I think 6+ runs each eq was over doing it but uhh not my cup of tea

Damage potential wise, Lightstream should be at the top tho (unless taking S4 -50% crit rate, +6% crit damage, but that requires constant ShiftaCritical + CriticalField ... and only a few class can reach 100% (only pointblank Gu, I think))
If people can survive without S4, shouldn't be a problem.

The transfers happen every maintenance, and you can apply for the transfer whenever you want (You can cancel it if you change your mind as well). The cost is 700AC, to be paid for at time of transfer, so if you find your character hasn't been transferred after a maintenance, it's because you most likely didn't have 700AC (times the number of characters transferred) on your account.
