I still want someone to explain process of preparing fodders like that.

The stat 4 fodder? It's likely a case of first making stat4 (optional mutation), and then combining it with 2x soul/mutation fodders with a 0/10/20/30% booster. Repeat a bunch of times to get the final result.

A 6 slot stat 3 unit has almost no points of failure outside of forcing the base unit to 6s, and optionally building up on the base unit with the final affix at 90/100x5 (which would otherwise happen on the fodder leaving the final affix at 100x6).
