It is a possibility since any XH enemy can randomly drop any rare PAs outside of AQ-specific, and nove milldral can possibly spawn (though xmas on ice EQ would be better for that, which is bad news for latecomers).

It's crazy how some people are barely picking up lv17 Hatou now. I've picked up at least 6 of them. Still haven't picked up any lv17 Shifta yet, though, despite doing all EQs that have a good chance at dropping them. At least that's not a significant jump compared to Hatou... <_<
Once again, I repeat: You only get what you don't want in this game.

I was doing Loser to level my fighter, and got this using a 50 tri and 75 xp booster (154% annihilation rate too), too bad it doesn't have Ultimate buster but since i was in SH, no chance for that, still worth some money anyway
