Yeah vinculum is surprisingly easy to work with. It may not look the best but it's still nice if you wanna stack ATK without spending any money.
What is general requirement for people now and days? Is it still 100 ATK+ ?

Wouldn't it have been better to affix the Ares Talis, instead, with that? (Unless you already have?) Maxed element Premella Fiore barely outdamages crafted Koushousen, so I don't think it's worth it to use for any reason, other than for free healing on characters that can't use techs, when you have an Ares Talis that you can work towards maxing its element instead.2 weeks is nothing, try since day 1 of ult nab coming out...

i got the anga talis 2 days after i finished that talis's affix, considering it was already a 6% damage boost over my 12* oath rod (and that was maxed out vs my talis with just lv1 oath) I figured it was worth it.

Your "friend" is a lucky ass bitch passing 78/78/90/90/90 outside of boost, don't let it get to you. I'd say 120-130 is more than reasonable outside of an affix boost.
I'd say a "requirement" is around 95-100 attack, since it can be done very cheaply with good rates, just do a few TDs or Magatsus to get the 30% affix boosters for it.
Around 120 is probably the highest you can do easily with high rates outside of a boost week, but honestly I don't really mess around with affixing very much so somebody else who does would probably be better informed. 120 is not really expensive either, but it's not exactly in the reach of someone who constantly hovers around 2 million meseta, though.
+100 using the new souls plus IV/Modulator should be pretty easy and cheap if you know what you're doing. For only 3 slots it shouldn't cost more than a few mill.
Semi-tanking weapon complete (I can almost go brain dead when doing runs, yay). Would like to make the units using Burisa too (gonna change to Vol Soul for units if it's much cheaper once the money is available), only 2 mil leftGood thing it doesn't need any Soul Receptor when making this kind of affix (that 1 affix with 90% is super scary).

i finally got around to building meseta and i was about to start using it to become rich, but then noble powers happened, and i'm poor again. on the bright side, next 10% affix boost i may try 155/11 units, i feel getting to try this is an accomplishement in and out of itself
but i'll probably bitch out and settle for less, don't know yet
