What made me chose not to take Phrase Weak tho, is after thinking for a long time, the doubled Atk point and PP will be a more consistent damage for me, plus idk what to drop from the affix list (You dropped Power affix, huh.) Will I regret the decision later? Idk lol

No clue mate. Maybe 60-70 more attack would have been worth more than 2% against light weak enemies. Though to defend the rest of my choices I was mainly going for affixes that give more than one stat I could use. The logic I was running with was probably why I dropped Power to try out Phrase Weak.

Finally Finished my katana this morning. Only 6 slots because 7 is a pain in the ass to do with both Astral Soul and Ether Factor. All affixes doubled though not advertised. Also, should say PP+24 (so really I'm getting +48PP from this)

hmm? Thought the double only affected ?-atk based affix?

HP/PP affixes were confirmed to be affected as well weeks ago.

As long as the affix has a defined value to add to your stats, that latent will double it. The latent itself however will not cause the doubled stats to appear on the weapon - what you see on the weapon is what you affixed, but as long as the latent is listed, you'll be getting twice as much. (There are 18 different stats that can potentially be doubled)
