Nemesis gives some sort of damage reduction, or a shield of some sort? What's the value on it?

Sega must think am a tmg freak. I can safely say that around 70/80% of my 13* drops are tmg (was Playing katana Br/hu ... oh well xD )

The damage reduction thing is what makes it interesting imho, may it be for Gu or Hr. I've grinded mine to 30 and made it an honorable 50 ele. Testing to see if it's worth to get the last 10 and affixing.

What bother me is it seems there's nothing which tells/show you if the shield is active or not.
Edit2: Checked s-wiki and if I understand well. When you get hit, this single hit is reduced by 60%. Then there is a cooldown of 30s before it apply again.

There is, both for when it's broken and when it refreshes
One important point tho, Shield generation starts when you equip weapon and is automatically broken upon weapon switching, which means you'll have to wait for it to regen when switching back to Nemesis. It's a bit annoying in some cases, but nothing as bothersome as Gix since you do keep the whopping 17% potential at any time
