Ruin Charm in Ruins AQ, then later in City AQ a Vraolet Zero, Dagunslash, and Gun Braver all dropped within the same PSE Burst. Friend got the Vraolet Zero and Dagunslash, I got the Gun Braver. \o/

Also re-speced my classes with one of my All Skill Tree Reset tickets, so I can now use my Red Sword.

Using a 250% booster you'll get many more stones and sometimes a few 2nd tier stones.

Pretty sure 2nd tier stones only drop on rare floors. I have never seen them otherwise, boosters or not.

They have a chance to drop after completing a rare stage (once all enemies are defeated, you may notice something extra drops near the bridge) and you get x3 when you clear all 40 stages. They dront drop on regular stages at all.
