Yep, it's the #1 strongest 10* launcher in the game. As of this moment, only a dozen or so have dropped on all of Ship 2. There are none on the market.
How the FUCK do I price this thing?! Do people actually pay upwards of 20m+ just to be early adopters? I need to know! This is the first time I have EVER had anything really valuable drop for me! (Goddamn, my luck is fucking terrible if you think about it...).
Well to be fair, its latent is a standing snipe bonus, which may not be the best thing ever as far launchers go. I would try at least 30 mil, but you have to remember that the latent isn't superb. Could try starting at like 75 working your way down and seeing how that goes.Okay, this thing dropped for me...

It's funny, too. I was just running Dragonkin Ecological Survey for matter board stuff when this thing dropped. My thought process went something like this:
"Oh, great, a red drop. Yaaaaaay. I can only hope it's not another worthless piece of shit."
"What's this? A 10*? How lovely, another piece of fodder- wait, what's this model?" *looks it up on JP wiki*
"WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?!"
