Finally got Impact Slider 16 off of my third valentines burn draal last night, after about 20 or so on the last two rare enemy days.
Meanwhile I'm rolling around in three Flame Bullet 16s from a total of like five rare flower dudes...

It's not that Ra is only useful for WB, it's that it doesn't have an easy mode PA that can be used in any situation and still be good/decent everywhere but not exactly the best.
You really have to use all 3 of your weapons unlike Gu or Br.
Of course, they can always give an IF or Shunka tier PA to Ra, I don't mind!
Yeah, it's not that RA is bad, it's that it's not stupidly and completely broken like GU and BR.
RA is competent and passable, absolutely. But GU and BR can literally look away from the monitor between button presses, or even stay looking away for minutes at a time using muscle memory to press buttons, and still kill everything.
I'd compare RA to FI in the regard that it needs more than 1 weapon and more than 2 PAs, plus moderate competency, to excel.
I wonder if it's why no one will buy my Till Traitor. :V
It's just Burn Draal being a dick, since I got Lv.16 Flame Bullet while running around in Atrocious Ocean.
I'm supposed to have fun with it.
