Mutation I usually drops from titled enemies, but there can be exceptions. For example, Cougar NX doesn't have a title, but it has Mutation I on its drops. It's possible that Elder or Arms from rare stage can drop Mutation I, it's just odd that it doesn't work in their actual multiparty quest.
Cougar in Lilipa EQ does have a title. Falz Arms that spawns in free field can also have a title.Originally Posted by isCasted
I just remembered that the wand with mutation on it dropped from Vardha Soma Ina rare stage 64 in that same run, so that Soma may have had a title, but I don't recall seeing one.
XQs have different drop rules anyway though.
(Not that I'm sure if/how that affects mutation though).
Got my first 11* from Loser, a Red Scorpio. How fitting considering my first 11* from Elder was a Flame Visit.
The difference being that Red Scorpio is infinitely better than Flame Visit.
An accomplishment in bad luck: A +250% (with +550% sprinkled in at times) during Rainystuff 2 and the only things I pull out of it are one 10*, three 7*, and a 9* and my internet connection decides "nope fuck you" and quits just before the 3rd run.
Well it's clear that I should not play PSO2 for today, if that's how things are gonna go.
So I haven't found Flash Thousand 16 even one time since SH came out, despite killing easily multiple hundreds of rogs in that time...Until today!
