Actually managed to get this a few weeks ago, but laziness kept me from proper fixes until a few days ago. Still trying to find the effort to do Potential 3 on it, that Grind-4 from 8-10 is borderline traumatic without 30% boosters and Risk+2s.

Thats why I put wind +50 there. But I need to use my hu mag to equip it on my newman FoTe, so its utility is doubtful at best.

And its too late to make a dedicated tree just for this when I have already my rainbow rods ready.
